Keep on Your Underwear

Today I took the kids to Build-A-Bear Workshop. To save time, the kids and I visited the Bear-A-Bear website to pick the animals they wanted to build.

While on the site, we decided to play a few of the games. We played a game called Dress-A-Bear. The object of the game is to guess the letters in a word puzzle. If you guess incorrectly, you lose an item of clothing for your bear.

A more accurate description of this game is Strip-A-Bear.

I was very disturbed when we had to remove articles of clothing from the cheerleader bear during one round. I felt uncomfortable when my 6-year old son chose an incorrect letter and selected to remove the poor bear's underwear from the clothesline.

"Don't take her underwear," protested my 8-year-old daughter, Nee.

"Why not," asked N.

"Because it feels weird without any underwear on," explained Nee. I have never been more proud as a father.

"That's right, darling," I chimed in. "Always remember that. Always!"
